When will I receive my items?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard & Heavy Parcel Items (e.g., E-Bikes, BBQ Grills): 3–10 business days.
  • Freight Delivery Items (e.g., Gazebos, Sheds): 7–21 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Where is my item?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your order directly on our site by entering your order number on our"Track Package"page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payments via PayPal.

Do you accept Pre-Paid gift cards?

No

Do you ship internationally?

No. We are shipping only to Australia.

Please contact us and tell us about the issue you are having so that we can fix it ASAP.

 What does 'Curbside Delivery' mean for freight items?

For large items delivered by freight, "curbside delivery" means the carrier will deliver the pallet to the curb at the end of your driveway. You will be responsible for moving the items from the curb to your property. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult must be present to sign for it.

I just noticed that I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at Support@Homex.landwith your order number and the correct address. If we catch the error before the item ships, we can update it for you. If the order has already shipped, we will need to wait for it to be returned to us by the carrier before we can proceed.
